Life Drawing Group - TUESDAYS 5.30 - 7.30
This is a group drawing session not a class.
Small Group Session of max 8 people ( + facilitator)
5 week block of sessions $150 ($30 pp/ps )
These sessions are held in Fi's working studio, a converted hay shed surrounded by pasture and bushland. It's a quiet spot just 3 mins South of Margaret River. Fi takes care of booking our live model each week and supplies the basics of butchers paper and charcoal, stand up easels, cushioned stools, tea/coffee, water/washup zone for brushes etc, lighting, heating, cooling, wineglasses, and easy parking.
The next block of 5 sessions will begin:
on Tuesdays 28th October and run until 25th of November 2025. 5.30- 7.30pm
Housekeeping:
Your block of tickets is transferable so you might prearrange to share the block with another person. We add everyone to a Whats App group if you supply your mobile on booking and this way you can resell your ticket to another in the group if you can't make it.
Due to small group logistics we need a min of 4 people to confirm their spots to make this set of dates go ahead. Any bookings will be refunded in full if we don't meet our numbers. Sorry no refunds or credits for missed sessions.
Easels: Some participants want to use an easel and we have 5 available - its a first in best dressed situation, or you can BYO. or you may wish to be seated and work on your drawing board/sketchbook on your lap. Small tables are permitted but please nothing larger than 80 x 80 cm.
We ask that everyone arrive and be set up 10 mins early so our model can start on time without interruption and fuss. We like to create a calm and peaceful environment for everyone.
Please supply your own heavier papers and other specialist drawing materials you may wish to use.
No experience is required but if you would like to attend some classes let me know - I run these on demand.
Bookings must be made online to confirm your place.
Due to availability some models may be used repeatedly but where possible we like to use a different model each week.

This is a respectful and private event created for those genuinely interested in life art and connecting with others via art. There will be zero tolerance of inappropriate behaviour. No photography, or recording without permission.
We work from short, dynamic 1 min poses up to longer poses around 15 mins.
Location: 7 Wilkes Road, 3 mins south of Town Center of Margaret River. Opposite side of the Highway from Yahava/ Burger Baby.
Fi's workshops are designed to be accessible for participants of various abilities and levels of experience.
If you have 4 people that would like to attend you can select a date to suit you. We usually need 2 - 4 weeks advance booking. If a date already exists, you are welcome to join the group if there is space available. If you would like to hear about workshop availability please join our mailing list and keep an eye out on social media channels.
For larger groups or groups in special locations, Fi is happy to design a workshop for your group, this might be suited to a theme or personal ability. Yes we can travel to you. Price on application.
Fi's art experiences are designed to give you a positive and confidence building outcome while introducing you to techniques that you will be able to continue to work with independently. Everything is included unless otherwise stated - no expensive materials lists or purchases to make. They are known for being low stress, joyful occasions and a great way to spend time with a group of friends or family.
We offer workshops for groups of 4 to 8 people at Toot Studio in Margaret River, or 16 people in larger spaces. The number of participants may affect the duration of the workshop. Larger school group sessions will require additional studio assistants to be present (class teachers).
