This is a group drawing session.
Beginners Life Drawing classes are run on Thursdays and on demand.

Included:
We work with a live life model.
Easel with drawing board, bulldog clips and basic art materials included.
please arrive 15 mins early so our model can start on time without interruption.
Basic drawing materials include butchers paper and charcoal.
Please supply your own heavier papers and other drawing materials.

Option 1 - Block of 3 sessions $75 ($25 per session) These pre booked spots and your purchase will reserve a spot or easel and drawing board for you. They are transferable to others if you cant make it - as long as they are used for the same date . They can not be used as a credit. Basic art materials supplied.
Option 2 - Single sessions $30.00
These are pre booked spots reserving your easel and drawing board for you. They are transferable to others if you cant make it - as long as they are used for the same date . They can not be used as a credit. Basic art materials supplied.
Option 3 - $49.95 Visiting Artistplus 1 spot in each session is held for a visiting/ travelling artist. This rate includes the description above PLUS the use of some specialist materials for use during the session; cartridge paper, ink, pastels, acrylic, watercolours and brushes as requested. This option is designed for those who are travelling without their art supplies kit but would like to do more during the session than simply draw with charcoal.
Art Materials:
You are welcome to BYO materials to work with or bring nothing and use ours. We supply butchers paper, charcoal, pencils.
Ideas for you to try: Why not try Oils, watercolour, pencil, acrylic, inks and maybe some different kinds of surfaces, old books, ripped paper, brushes, fingers, sticks to use as your mark making tools.
We will supply some basic materials for those beginning - charcoal, butchers paper, pencils and pastels. There are easels available, chairs and drawing boards with bull dog clips. Some people will stand or sit in a chair - work big or small - its up to you.
You will be able to learn from others and ask questions at the end but this is not a class and some people do prefer to work privately.
This is a respectful and private event created for those genuinely interested in life art. There will be zero tolerance of inappropriate behaviour. No photography or recording without permission.

Location: 7 Wilkes Road, 3 mins south of Town Center of Margaret River. Opposite side of the Highway from Yahava/ Burger Baby.
An easel is provided for each participant. There are several seated positions available. First in best dressed.

Fi's workshops are designed to be accessible for participants of various abilities and levels of experience.
If you have 4 people that would like to attend you can select a date to suit you. We usually need 2 - 4 weeks advance booking. If a date already exists, you are welcome to join the group if there is space available. If you would like to hear about workshop availability please join our mailing list and keep an eye out on social media channels.
For larger groups or groups in special locations, Fi is happy to design a workshop for your group, this might be suited to a theme or personal ability. Yes we can travel to you. Price on application.
Fi's art experiences are designed to give you a positive and confidence building outcome while introducing you to techniques that you will be able to continue to work with independently. Everything is included unless otherwise stated - no expensive materials lists or purchases to make. They are known for being low stress, joyful occasions and a great way to spend time with a group of friends or family.
We offer workshops for groups of 4 to 8 people at Toot Studio in Margaret River, or 16 people in larger spaces. The number of participants may affect the duration of the workshop. Larger school group sessions will require additional studio assistants to be present (class teachers).
