Creative Kids Wanted! - visit Fi’s Wander Out Yonder Exhibition* at her Stackwood Studio in Fremantle  this January and join in a creative kids workshop session. - we are making bird wall hangings or shelf sitters this Summer - cheeky Aussie Magpies or Red tailed Black Cockatoos

This is a children’s workshop only.

From ages 4 up to 12

Please note you must BYO parent/caregiver  as younger children will need some stronger hands to help them cut cardboard.

Get busy with scissors, collage and glue and cardboard and recycled bits and pieces.

Add your own choices of ‘quirk’ - no rights or wrongs.

We aim to use 99% recycled materials.

Our exhibition goal is to build a joyful respect, appreciation for and fascination with, nature and its conservation.

We prioritise building self and creative confidence and introducing our participants to skills and techniques they can continue to build on.

This is a small group workshop.  

Small group sessions up to 10 participants. 

Inclusions:

Everything will be supplied. 

You need to : 

Have basic hand dexterity be able to use scissors.  

BYO water bottle and snacks for after. 
Have a parent on hand.

*Wander Out Yonder is a travelling art project all about WA and its unique diversity. Community projects are conducted alongside a physical exhibition of illustrations created out of painted and cut paper collage.  
So far the exhibition has been shown in Margaret River, Broome, Esperance.

Fi's workshops are designed to be accessible for participants of various abilities and levels of experience.

If you have 4 people that would like to attend you can select a date to suit you. We usually need 2 - 4 weeks advance booking. If a date already exists, you are welcome to join the group if there is space available. If you would like to hear about workshop availability please join our mailing list and keep an eye out on social media channels.

For larger groups or groups in special locations, Fi is happy to design a workshop for your group, this might be suited to a theme or personal ability. Yes we can travel to you. Price on application.

Fi's art experiences are designed to give you a positive and confidence building outcome while introducing you to techniques that you will be able to continue to work with independently. Everything is included unless otherwise stated - no expensive materials lists or purchases to make. They are known for being low stress, joyful occasions and a great way to spend time with a group of friends or family.

We offer workshops for groups of 4 to 8 people at Toot Studio in Margaret River, or 16 people in larger spaces. The number of participants may affect the duration of the workshop. Larger school group sessions will require additional studio assistants to be present (class teachers).
